Contributions
There is no minimum balance to open your HSA. Contributions can be made via payroll deduction through your employer, in person at a WNB Financial Office, or by an online transfer from another WNB Financial account. You can also roll over or transfer an existing HSA into your WNB Financial HSA.

Account Management
Reporting
As your HSA custodian, WNB Financial will report annually to the IRS, on form 5498SA, all contributions made to your HSA. Any distributions you take will be reported to the IRS on IRS form 1099SA. Clients are responsible for keeping all of their medical receipts.
